Join me, the CEO of Inclusee a NFP and charity, on a transformative journey, where I’ll share our four-year saga from crisis to triumph.

Inclusee, a 50-year-old organisation, faced closure amid a myriad of challenges: a failed audit, financial turmoil, and a void in purpose. Discover how, as a seasoned leader, I reignited the organisation’s purpose and enthusiasm, challenging existing norms and defining new values.

Through strategic realignment and adherence to aged care standards, we implemented a robust governance structure. Learn how I overhauled all systems and processes, including CRM and financial measures, to foster a culture of excellence, which has seen us receive multiple industry awards and a recent 97% audit rating.

I’ll show how we redefined staff roles, let go of ineffective funding streams, and collaborated with the board and major stakeholders to sculpt a new organisational identity. I’ll share the insights I gained through our success story of transitioning to a fully remote workforce, implementing innovative well-being programs, and unifying service delivery for a 100% performance rate.

Our achievements speak volumes – from national award winners with a remarkable 91% engagement score to reaching service capacity. Join our session for actionable insights, evidence-based strategies, and practical tools that demonstrate the power of transformative governance and inspirational leadership.
